Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for ZNet's products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement result-oriented campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. You must have experience in managing both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and possess strong learning and adaptability skills to optimize campaigns effectively, even under pressure. Your responsibilities will include executing digital and telemarketing campaigns to acquire, retain, and upsell/cross-sell to customers. You will need to refine your approach to maximize ROI, track campaign results, and work with partners to execute joint campaigns for mutual growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with partners and OEMs to optimize product growth initiatives and manage follow-ups through various marketing channels. You should be proficient in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to defined processes for lead generation and campaign execution. It is essential to ensure proper lead qualification based on defined parameters and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute successful marketing campaigns. Monitoring and tracking leads systematically, analyzing KPIs, and reporting campaign performance are also critical aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and telemarketing functions, and knowledge of the latest marketing trends. Effective inter-departmental coordination, outstanding multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to communication and error prevention are highly valued qualities. A technical background such as B.Tech or BCA, along with an MBA in Marketing, is preferred for this role.,
