Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who can manage content creation with external vendors, execute digital marketing campaigns, build engaging social media presence, and develop offline marketing collateral for the Exelmoto brand.This role demands a creative, organised, and hands-on marketer who can balance content, coordination, execution, and performance tracking — driving brand awareness, engagement, and inbound leads.---Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Vendor CoordinationDevelop detailed briefs for photographers, videographers, designers, and agencies.Coordinate content production including photoshoots, videos, creatives, and promotional assets.Review and refine all content to ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy.Maintain a content library for easy access across the team.---2. Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and maintain an active brand presence.Create basic creatives using Canva or provided templates.Track content performance and optimise future campaigns accordingly.---3. Digital Marketing & Ad Execution
Create and manage basic digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or coordinate with digital agencies.Monitor campaign performance: CTR, CPC, leads, and ROAS.Manage retargeting, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.Keep track of lead flow from campaigns and share insights with the sales team.---4. Website Monitoring & Updates
Regularly review website content, banners, product information, and landing pages for accuracy.Coordinate with developers/designers for updates, blogs, or SEO improvements.Track website analytics (visits, bounce rate, conversions) and report findings.---5. Offline & On-Ground Marketing
Create brochures, standees, posters, merchandise, packaging labels, and retail assets.Coordinate with printers and vendors for high-quality output.Support on-ground events, test ride days, exhibitions, corporate collaborations, and dealer marketing.---6. Brand Management
Ensure consistent visual identity across all digital and offline assets.Maintain and communicate Exelmoto’s tone, branding guidelines, and messaging.Suggest new ideas for campaigns, community building, and brand storytelling.---7. Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on:Social media performanceDigital ad metricsLead generation from campaignsWebsite traffic & engagementProvide insights for continuous improvement and better ROI.---Required Skills & Competencies
