Strategize and execute event campaigns including:

1. Hackathons, Ideathons, & Bootcamps

2. Career Webinars & Virtual Summits

3. On-Campus Job Fairs & Career Days

4. Pan-India Conclaves & Institutional Forums.

Build strong partnerships with academic institutions, placement officers, and student communities across Telengana and South India.
Lead community building and student ambassador programs to create organic event traction.
Collaborate with internal teamssales, placement, training, and marketingfor cohesive outreach campaigns.
Drive event promotions using emailers, WhatsApp outreach, landing pages, and social media.
Ensure end-to-end event delivery (content, logistics, tech platforms, vendor coordination).
Track participation metrics, generate impact reports, and optimize strategies based on data.
Manage event budgets and timelines with a focus on cost efficiency and quality delivery.
