What will you do as a Senior Associate - Marketing :

  • Strategize, manage, and oversee all social media initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals
  • Plan, draft, and distribute B2B marketing assets including email newsletters, eBooks, whitepapers, and industry-focused magazines
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics to track campaign performance and team productivity
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior and digital performance data (e.g., web traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities relevant to our industry and offerings
  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce compelling digital and print marketing material tailored for B2B audiences
  • Support community-building initiatives and kickstart community management activities for VDO.AI across digital platforms
  • Contribute to planning and executing promotional campaigns, industry roundtables, and thought-leadership initiatives
  • Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing activities, with a focus on content strategies and demand generation tactics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align marketing content with customer journeys and buying stages


What are we looking for :

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience in hosting virtual events or webinars, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpretation skills, with the ability to represent the brand in public-facing engagements
  • Ability to develop and execute creative content strategies across formats like email newsletters, eBooks, whitepapers, and social media
  • A basic understanding of marketing analytics, performance metrics, and how to translate them into actionable insights
  • Self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach — comfortable juggling multiple projects and working across teams
  • Interest or experience in community building and audience engagement strategies is a plus
