Role Overview We’re hiring a Growth Marketer who’s part strategist, part operator, and 100% obsessed with results. You’ll design and execute growth campaigns across email, funnels, paid media, partnerships, conversion rate optimization , and more — using both traditional tools and AI automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, builder-led environment and is looking to scale their impact across multiple brands, not just one. You will lead key growth experiments, craft scalable strategies , and work directly with the founder and senior team on our internal and client-facing projects. What You’ll Work On Strategy & Planning Build, test, and scale growth strategies across DTC, SaaS, and AI agent products Design full-funnel growth frameworks (TOFU to BOFU) across paid, organic, and owned media Architect campaign calendars for product launches, BFCM, seasonal promos, and new feature rollouts Channel Execution Email & SMS (Klaviyo, Postscript, etc.) — campaign + automation Meta/Google/TikTok ad testing and scaling CRO and landing page optimization using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, Hotjar Influencer/affiliate/commerce content partnerships (Impact, CJ, niche blogs) Systems & Automation Set up and optimize AI workflows (e.g., auto-generated content, funnel logic, segment builders) Use tools like Zapier, Make, or Replit to streamline repetitive tasks Integrate dashboards to monitor CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc. Experimentation & Reporting Plan and execute A/B tests across creative, landing pages, and offers Regularly review and optimize funnel metrics Work closely with content and dev teams to implement conversion assets, forms, pixel tracking, and retargeting systems You’re a Fit If You… Have 3–6 years of hands-on performance/growth marketing experience in DTC or SaaS Are fluent in growth strategy, funnel design, attribution, and testing methodology Can think like a full-stack growth operator : email, ads, CRO, partnerships, and automation Are comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) to accelerate work Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment without micromanagement Can work independently, manage vendors, and collaborate with designers, developers, and founders Bonus: Experience with B2B marketing, SaaS onboarding flows, or working in an agency/startup environment Tools You Should Know or Be Ready to Learn Fast Ad Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Email/SMS: Klaviyo, Postscript, Mailchimp, Sendlane Web & Analytics: GA4, Hotjar, Webflow, Shopify, Replit CRO: VWO, Unbounce, Instapage, ConvertBox Automation: Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Replit AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney (for creatives), Gemini, Replit Agents Location & Compensation India-Based Candidates: Remote (with travel for in-person workshops/retreats). We’re now looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist who can build and own our people function as we scale globally. Role Overview The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations with a focus on job specifications design, posting, screening candidates, and conducting first line of intereviews with the help of AI You will design and implement scalable people processes that align with our growth ambitions. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Own the full recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design hiring strategies. Develop candidate assessment frameworks to ensure cultural and skills alignment. Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent communities. Onboarding & Employee Experience Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate effectively. Implement employee engagement programs, regular check-ins, and feedback systems. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries. Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing Benchmark salaries and advise on compensation strategies. Manage employee benefits (health insurance, pensions, wellness programs). Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. RequirementsExperience & Skills 4–6+ years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a standalone HR Manager role or senior HRBP role. Proven track record in recruitment and scaling teams from 20–100+ employees. Experience with HR systems/ATS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Personio). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people-first and business-first decisions. Nice to Have Experience in tech or high-growth startups . Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or telecoms industries . CIPD qualification (Level 5/7) or equivalent.
