Job Description – Senior Recruitment Specialist

GoZupees is an AI-native company helping enterprises transform their sales, marketing, and service functions through intelligent AI agents. We’re a fast-growing team working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution. We’re now looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist who can build and own our people function as we scale globally.

Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations with a focus on job specifications design, posting, screening candidates, and conducting first line of intereviews with the help of AI

You will design and implement scalable people processes that align with our growth ambitions. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design hiring strategies.
  • Develop candidate assessment frameworks to ensure cultural and skills alignment.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent communities.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate effectively.
  • Implement employee engagement programs, regular check-ins, and feedback systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing

  • Benchmark salaries and advise on compensation strategies.
  • Manage employee benefits (health insurance, pensions, wellness programs).
  • Negotiate with benefits providers to deliver competitive packages.
  • Promote a wellbeing-first culture with programs for health, flexibility, and work-life balance.

HR Strategy & Systems

  • Implement and manage HRIS/ATS systems for data-driven decision-making.
  • Support leadership in building scalable organisational structures.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy.

RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • 4–6+ years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a standalone HR Manager role or senior HRBP role.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and scaling teams from 20–100+ employees.
  • Experience with HR systems/ATS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Personio).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people-first and business-first decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech or high-growth startups.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or telecoms industries.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5/7) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of visa sponsorship processes (Skilled Worker).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025
