Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and lead implementation of regional/national sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Set and forecast ambitious revenue targets and monitor progress for continuous improvement.

Business Development

• Identify high-value business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
• Nurture relationships with top-tier clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team toward performance excellence.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and capability building of team members.

Sales Analysis & Growth Optimization

• Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, and customer acquisition metrics.
• Initiate and oversee improvements in sales tools, conversion strategies, and client lifecycle management.

Client Engagement & Escalation Resolution

• Ensure superior customer experience and long-term client retention.
• Resolve escalated client issues promptly and maintain service quality standards.

Operations Oversight

• Oversee alignment of sales operations with company objectives for maximum efficiency.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory coordination relevant to sales execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Liaise with finance, HR, production, and logistics teams to ensure integrated execution.
• Ensure operational readiness and internal alignment to support sales goals.

Budgeting & Risk Management

• Prepare departmental budgets; monitor and optimize operational expenditures.
• Identify risks and compliance gaps; implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure documentation of financial transactions, statutory filings, and client communications.
• Present timely reports on budget utilization, forecast vs. actual analysis, and compliance status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
