Role Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, optimize, and report business-critical data with expert precision. The ideal candidate will possess mastery in data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting tools, driving performance insights across teams. A proactive problem-solver with sharp communication and team leadership skills, this role is pivotal to ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reporting formats.
• Design automation workflows using Macros and logical formulas to streamline processes.
• Analyze trends and prepare insightful reports for business decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Address system issues with expert-level troubleshooting in Excel and data platforms.
• Manage internal forms and approval processes through Google Suite.
• Support administrative functions and assist HR and finance teams with basic data tasks.
• Deliver engaging presentations and visualizations that communicate insights clearly.
