MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making across the organization. Leveraging your 0 to 3 years of experience, you will design, implement, and manage MIS systems and reports to support business operations. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Key Results (KRAs)

Data Management and Reporting

Develop, maintain, and manage MIS systems to track and report key business metrics. Generate accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and databases.

Analysis and Insights

Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis and forecasting.

System Administration and Improvement

Manage and optimize MIS tools, databases, and software for seamless operations. Work on process automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Collaboration and Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and address reporting needs. Provide training and support to users on MIS tools and reports.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure all reports and systems comply with organizational standards and policies. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system updates.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and other data management tools.

4. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present data effectively.
