We serve thousands of MSMEs, accountants, and enterprises across India, empowering them to make faster decisions, improve cash flow, and enhance productivity. We are looking for a strategic, target-driven, and execution-focused Sr. Sales Manager to lead our new-customer acquisition through multiple tele-sales centers across India.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locations 

Drive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performance 

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisions 

Design and implement sales processes, scripts, and campaigns for various products/services 

Collaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and development 

Motivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIs 

Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management 

Use CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas 

Drive hiring, training, and onboarding of telesales associates as needed.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in telesales, with at least 3 year in a team leadership/managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 30–50 telecallers in a telesales environment.
• Strong people management, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Hands-on and willing to work directly on the floor with the team.
• Good analytical skills; ability to track performance metrics and improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and telesales processes.
• Preferred Industry Experience: Insurance or Fintech. (EdTech experience not preferred.)
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
