Senior Manager- Sales

You are a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager responsible for leading the sales function at NEP India. You have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong customer relationships within the Outside Broadcast (OB) industry. Your deep relationships with key stakeholders in sports broadcasting, including broadcasters, OTTs, sports production companies, and sports leagues/federations, are essential for this role. Additionally, your interest and understanding of the business will be a valuable asset. Your primary responsibilities include leading and managing the sales function to achieve sales targets, handling end-to-end sales and new business development, and implementing effective sales strategies to expand NEP's customer base. You will work closely with various stakeholders and departments within the Indian business unit and the regional team. Reporting directly to the Business Head, NEP India, you will be responsible for making customer presentations, coordinating proposal activities, and building long-lasting customer relationships. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. A strong understanding of the OB or sports production business is essential, with technical knowledge being desirable. Previous experience in sales within the Outside Broadcast (OB) or broadcast engineering industry will be advantageous. Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills are crucial, along with the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Key qualifications and skills include a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree desirable), 10-15 years of experience in sports broadcasting, sports production, or technical sales, knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office suite, and excellent mentoring and people management skills.
