Role Overview: At Early Technovations Pvt. Ltd., we develop AI-integrated products aimed at simplifying complex diagnoses and effectively managing gait disorders and other neurological and orthopedic conditions. Our flagship product, paceB, is an AI-powered Gait Analysis Device with a Cloud platform that captures and stores real-time data. The AI Algorithm embedded in paceB enables early diagnosis of complex Gait Disorders like Parkinson's Disease and Stroke. With a solid pipeline of upcoming products, we are dedicated to making a significant impact in the healthcare technology sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers for paceB and other upcoming products - Convert prospects into customers and nurture lasting relationships - Discover opportunities for mutual growth and development - Pitch products, lead negotiations, and monitor account performance - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Strategize to achieve sales targets and stay updated on industry trends - Resolve client concerns and ensure seamless engagement Qualification Required: - An Engineering graduate in Biotechnology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedicine, or related fields, who is passionate about healthcare technology and keen on pursuing a career in field sales and clinical engagement - Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory as we provide training - Must have a strong passion and interest in field sales and engagement as this is an on-site role and not remote - Maximum budget of Rs. 40,000 per month along with attractive incentives up to Rs. 15,000 per month - Proficiency in English and Tamil languages for effective communication - Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Please visit www.bearlytech.com for more information about our company and products. 🚀 We Are Hiring — Enterprise Sales Head for paceB (Medical Device Company) We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can take ownership of B2B sales operations and scale our presence across India- for our AI-Integrated Gait Analysis Product paceB. paceB has achieved a positive market adoption across Neurologists & Physiotherapists across India with deployments in AIIMS, NIMHANS, PSG Hospitals, Apollo, Kauvery, Geri Care and others. Ideal Experience: We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in selling neurology or rehabilitation-related medical devices , along with a proven track record in managing distributors and leading sales teams in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate understands hospital sales cycles , and specialist doctor segments (especially neurology and physiotherapy/rehabilitation ), and has previously driven high-growth sales across regions . Key Responsibilities: Medical Device Distributor Setup & Management: Onboard, and drive performance of distributors across India, in phases. Internal Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a strong sales force. Manage B2B Sales: Lead enterprise and hospital partnerships, drive closures, and manage key accounts.
