Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Senior Sales Manager

to lead and expand our LED lighting business in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate should have 8

-10 years of strong sales experience

, excellent understanding of

LED lighting products

, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing teams, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Role Responsibilities

  1. Sales Business Development

  • Drive sales growth for the complete range of LED lighting products across the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities with

    contractors, builders, architects, government bodies, electrical consultants, distributors, and corporate clients

    .
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Generate and monitor the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

2.Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and issue resolution.

3. Market Product Expertise

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of LED lighting technologies, specifications, applications, and competitive landscape.
  • Study market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvement and new product development.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or channel partners.
  • Monitor team performance through measurable KPIs.
  • Support team members with training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategies.

5.Reporting Coordination

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution.

Qualifications Experience

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 8-10 years of proven sales experience

    in LED lighting or electrical products.
  • Strong product knowledge in indoor/outdoor LED lighting, architectural lighting, commercial lighting, and related solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and lead a sales team effectively.
  • Strong network within the lighting industry in the Hyderabad/Telangana region.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Languages Known: Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
