Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial / Factory Operations Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin Executive with 23 years of relevant experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of administrative processes , labour laws , and excellent communication skills . Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks at the factory/officeMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour lawsHandle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordinationCoordinate with government agencies for labour compliance and auditsOversee facility management including housekeeping, security, and maintenanceMonitor inventory and procurement of office/admin suppliesHandle vendor management and ensure timely paymentsMaintain documentation and records related to statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.)Support HR in onboarding and administrative formalities for new hiresPrepare reports related to admin operations as required Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA / Industrial Relations)23 years of experience in administration, preferably in a factory environmentGood knowledge of labour laws , PF , ESI , and factory compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently Preferred Attributes: Familiar with local government and labour department proceduresKnowledge of safety protocols and statutory audits Note: Only apply if your comfortable with the Location.
