Job Title: Executive - Crewing

Job Description & Requirements

a) General

Date Entry for Invoice Information

Updating Budgets

Checking Invoices are correct

Assist in reimbursements for projects for in-house crew members.

Handle travel bookings, visa formalities.

Updating lieu days, and correcting attendance in Resource Guru.

Requirements

A qualification in business/economy/finance/HR or any other related area.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working experience in related field.
Excellent client management and relationship skills
Excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to contribute and multi-task in a high performance and fast-paced environment
High attention to details
Negotiation skill
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
A good understanding of mass media and communication (preferably in broadcasting industry)
