Job Summary: The Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing help desk systems support to clients within the company multiple regions including India, Singapore, and the Middle East Role & responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting software, laptop/PC hardware, printing and phone problems in a multi-site Active Directory environment. Generate and manage service desk tickets for problems and work to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, Files/Folders, standard Windows and MAC desktop applications, and other in-house applications. Prepare new laptops and desktops for deployment to offices and mobile units in the field. Support users by installing, configuring, and deploying software packages on company hardware. Responsible for ongoing maintenance, management and tracking of company owned hardware and software. Provide IT training for new NEP employees. Provide backup systems administration support for multi-server, multi-location IT infrastructure. Ensure IT security at all times Other duties as assigned.
