Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, annual/quarterly sales plans, and individual sales targets aligned with overall business objectives for the assigned region/product line. Identify new market opportunities, segments, and client acquisition strategies. Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and identify growth drivers. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team (Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc.). Set clear performance goals and KPIs for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Foster a positive, results-driven, and collaborative sales culture. Conduct regular team meetings, sales training sessions, and field visits to support team members. Target Achievement: Drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets and revenue objectives. Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, taking proactive measures to ensure targets are met. Business Development & Client Management: Actively participate in key client meetings, presentations, and high-level negotiations to close strategic deals. Oversee the management of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts. Sales Process Optimization & Reporting: Optimize existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely adoption of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) by the sales team for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting. Provide accurate sales forecasts, comprehensive performance reports, and market insights to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve client issues, and align sales efforts with broader company initiatives. Provide market feedback to product teams for enhancements and new product development. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure strict adherence to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, ethical standards, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
