Role Overview:

Our Partner Business Model is a core growth driver, where we work closely with logistics partners to expand adoption and business across India. We are looking for a Senior Manager – Partner Business to lead the sales and client engagement function for our partner segment. This role is crucial for driving client retention, business continuity, and year-on-year growth, while also expanding our market share by onboarding clients from competitor platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and fleet owners.
  • Ensure business continuity and year-on-year revenue growth from existing client base.
  • Actively identify and convert opportunities from competitor client bases to expand Axestrack’s portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for the partner business segment.
  • Collaborate with a small team (1–2 people) while functioning as an individual contributor for core client management.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of solutions within the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Axestrack’s telematics and IoT solutions (GPS tracking, Dashcams and video telematics, fleet management software, etc.) to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Work closely with Support, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.


Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in business development and direct sales.
  • Strong expertise in relationship management and client retention.
  • Excellent sales acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA degree will be a plus. .
  • Ability to quickly grasp and explain IoT-based logistics and telematics solutions to clients.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across support and technical functions to address client needs, with flexibility to interact with partners pan-India.
  • Some team management exposure is good to have.
