We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career business at Mercer.

This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

By creating insights and presentations for senior leaders within the Career Delivery organization, we enable leadership to make informed decisions and deliver impactful messages, significantly contributing to the success of the organization.


This position manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in managing day-to-day Operations.


We will count on you for:


  • Ensuring financial operational fitness

    creation of consistent cost allocation models across Career delivery teams
  • Helping the markets to take decisions on cost approvals

    by providing them complete picture at one place for all the work done by different Career delivery teams
  • Enhanced profitability insights

    for portfolio owners to take informed decisions on products, scoping, investments and divestitures
  • Cultivate strong relationships

    among the team to understand the business and develop insightful solutions
  • Enhance financial management

    and decision-making through accurately reflecting expenses
  • One team approach!

    centralised management of tasks involving major decisions like expenses.

    Aiding the Career Delivery teams

    to manage the transitions effectively by ensuring timely head count approvals
  • Create insightful presentations

    for leadership showcasing Career Delivery capabilities and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration

    with teams to enhance the visibility on profitable and cost intensive products

  • Our Core Activities

    • Create content and presentations for leadership visits and markets
    • Monthly capacity planner for all the portfolios and support teams
    • Centralized stakeholder feedback management for product portfolio teams
    • Work on add to head count requests and approvals for entire Career Delivery teams
    • Manage annual financial budgeting exercise centrally for all Career Delivery teams working closely with finance team
    • Creation of monthly newsletter for the internal team
    • Maintain the Career delivery sharepoint site and ensure its updated during all times
    • Maintain and dashboard the monthly internal KPI metrics for all the product portfolio teams
    • Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and try to create solutions that are more outward looking


    What you need to have:

    • Graduation / Post-graduation in any stream
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a large professional organization
    • Excellent Word, Advanced Excel skills

    • Intermediate PowerPoint skills

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Experience of managing stakeholders expectations
    • Negotiation skills, attention yo detail, Research and problem solving
    • Knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen are good to have.
    • Working knowledge of workflow tools - JIRA
