strategic and experienced Senior Operations Manager
to join our
Operations
team.In this role, you will be responsible for
managing the full spectrum of operational activities, from process design and implementation to team leadership and performance monitoring
. You will act as a key driver of operational excellence, ensuring our processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our global business objectives.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Drive Operational Strategy and Process Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals, utilizing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and Empower High-Performing Teams: Mentor and motivate a diverse team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration while managing recruitment and performance reviews.
- Ensure Compliance and Performance Integrity: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and local Indian labor regulations.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 18+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing complex processes and managing large-scale budgets.
- Strong knowledge of operational frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile) and proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proven ability in strategic leadership, cross-functional stakeholder management, and utilizing data analytics to make informed business decisions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred), and a deep understanding of the business landscape in India.
