Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will support and execute operational activities across multiple verticals of Techno India Group, including education, corporate services, skill development, and allied industries. The role requires strong coordination, process management, and execution skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to organizational SOPs.

1.Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operational activities across all four industries.
  • Design, implement, and optimize SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure service quality, turnaround time, and adherence to standards.

2. Multi-Industry Coordination

  • Act as the central operational point of contact for all verticals of Techno India Group.
  • Align operational goals with business objectives unique to each industry.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination between academics, coaching, events, production, facilities, and support teams.

3. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor operations teams across locations and verticals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT) for smooth execution.
  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, service providers, and regulatory bodies when required.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks for each vertical.
  • Track performance through MIS, dashboards, and periodic reviews.
  • Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior leadership.

5. Compliance, Risk & Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policies across industries.
  • Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and governance.

6. Cost Optimization & Resource Utilization

  • Manage budgets and control operational costs without compromising quality.
  • Optimize manpower deployment, infrastructure usage, and vendor contracts.

7. Growth & Strategic Support

  • Support new project launches, expansions, events, and operational scale-ups.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of relevant operations experience, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Proven experience in SOP creation, team leadership, and large-scale operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
