Job description As an Jr HR, you will support the HR team in various administrative and HR-related tasks, gaining valuable experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and more. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our organization. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support : Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company career pages. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Participate in interviews and provide feedback on candidates. Onboarding : Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires. Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company. Support the completion of new hire paperwork and documentation. Employee Relations : Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support the administration of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms. Help address employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Training and Development : Coordinate for training sessions and workshops. Assist in the development and updating of training materials. Maintain training records and track employee progress. HR Administration : Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics. Compliance and Policy : Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Freshers can apply Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Help update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
