We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Records: Keep financial records accurate and up-to-date. This includes maintaining ledgers, journals, and reconciling accounts.

2. GST Compliance: Make sure GST filings are done on time and are accurate. This involves preparing GST returns and following GST rules.

3. TDS Compliance: Handle TDS deductions, filings, and follow TDS regulations carefully.

4. EPF and ESI Compliance: Ensure EPF and ESI returns are processed accurately and filed promptly as per government requirements.

5. Bank Reconciliation: Prepare BRS to verify & match our records with bank statements, ensuring accuracy in our financial transactions.

6. Audit Support: Work with auditors for our annual financial audit to ensure a smooth and precise process.

7. Tools: Use Tally and Excel to streamline financial processes, create reports, and provide valuable financial insights.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a consulting or similar industry.

- Proficiency in Tally and Excel is a must.

- Strong knowledge of GST, EPF, ESI and TDS regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
