Job Description

What You ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

Drive Operational Strategy and Process Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals, utilizing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement .
Lead and Empower High-Performing Teams: Mentor and motivate a diverse team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration while managing recruitment and performance reviews .
Ensure Compliance and Performance Integrity: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and local Indian labor regulations .

What You ll Bring (Skills Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

18+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing complex processes and managing large-scale budgets .
Strong knowledge of operational frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile) and proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems .
Proven ability in strategic leadership, cross-functional stakeholder management, and utilizing data analytics to make informed business decisions .
A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred), and a deep understanding of the business landscape in India .
