Job Description

IT Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy to support current (~100M monthly hits) and future (~3x scale) traffic volumes.
Lead and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring
high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
.
Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems using
ElasticSearch, Power BI, Grafana, Datadog, and other monitoring/analytics tools
.
Collaborate with software development, product, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs.
Implement
performance monitoring, load testing, incident response, and disaster recovery plans
.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), and monitor service performance.
Ensure compliance with
security, privacy, and data protection standards
, staying updated on regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of progressive experience
in IT infrastructure management, with proven expertise in scaling systems for high-traffic environments.
Strong knowledge of
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
and modern infrastructure practices.
Hands-on experience with
ElasticSearch, Grafana, Datadog, Power BI
, and other performance/analytics platforms.
Solid understanding of
networking, databases, system security, and high-availability architecture
.
Excellent
problem-solving, incident management, and troubleshooting skills
under pressure.
Ability to manage
capacity planning, budgeting, and cross-functional team dependencies
.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong Understanding and knowledge of OS of Linux & Windows.
Hands-on experience on MS SQL/ Prometheus / MongoDB queries.
