Responsibilities Develop and manage the marketing budget and Profit & Loss (PNL). Formulate and execute Marketing, Branding and PR strategies to enhance the visibility of the company’s brand portfolio and products. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Social and Digital Media, , Generative AI in digital marketing, SEO / SEM, Search and Display advertising, Content Marketing, Branding, Web Analytics Corporate PR and Communication Management Establish and nurture relationships with media partners and generate content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations. Build an annual calendar for Events, Road Shows, Exhibitions and collaborate with hotels, attractions, media partners, and Tourism Boards for the planning and execution of such events and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals. Drive sales growth for specific products, destinations and revenue opportunities through strategic marketing efforts. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Maintain marketing Database and keep it relevant with updates. Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Drive brand awareness and consistency by developing, maintaining, and ensuring all marketing collateral and communications align with the brand’s identity, value, and guidelines. Implement and use analytics tools to optimize marketing performance, utilizing data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-based decisions for continuous improvement. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use research findings to inform product development and marketing strategies.
