Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

As an experienced and strategic lead for IT Infrastructure, your role will involve leading, optimizing, and scaling the technology infrastructure to support high-volume traffic and ensure system resilience. You will need deep expertise in infrastructure planning, cloud platforms, monitoring, and performance optimization. Your responsibilities will include: - Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy to support current (~100M monthly hits) and future (~3x scale) traffic volumes. - Lead and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. - Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems using ElasticSearch, Power BI, Grafana, Datadog, and other monitoring/analytics tools. - Collaborate with software development, product, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs. - Implement performance monitoring, load testing, incident response, and disaster recovery plans. - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), and monitor service performance. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards, staying updated on regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. - 6+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with proven expertise in scaling systems for high-traffic environments. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern infrastructure practices. - Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Grafana, Datadog, Power BI, and other performance/analytics platforms. - Solid understanding of networking, databases, system security, and high-availability architecture. - Excellent problem-solving, incident management, and troubleshooting skills under pressure. - Ability to manage capacity planning, budgeting, and cross-functional team dependencies. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders. - Strong Understanding and knowledge of OS of Linux & Windows. - Hands-on experience on MS SQL/ Prometheus / MongoDB queries.
