What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead QA/QC across all sites and functions ✅ Implement & maintain QMS (ISO 9001) ✅ Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC & RERA ✅ Drive contractor/vendor quality control ✅ Conduct audits, monitor KPIs & lead improvements ✅ Oversee inspections, defect management & handovers What We’re Looking For: 🎓 B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 💼 10+ years of quality management experience in real estate/construction Preferred Certifications: 🏅 ISO 9001 Lead Auditor 🏅 Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) 🏅 PMP / QC certifications Key Competencies: 🔹 Deep knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, RERA 🔹 Strong grasp of construction materials, MEP quality & digital QA tools 📩 Interested?
