Job Description

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, development, and performance management. Manage the recruitment, training, and development of IT staff. Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business needs and goals. IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the companyobjectives. Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and hardware. Drive IT initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and mitigate risks. Infrastructure & Network Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the companyIT infrastructure. Manage server operations, network management, storage solutions, and cloud services. Ensure high levels of system performance, reliability, and security for all IT services. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues promptly to minimize downtime. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data, networks, and systems from cyber threats. Oversee the execution of regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal security protocols. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the IT departmentbudget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that provide value for the organization. Monitor and control IT expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals. Vendor & Project Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers. Oversee IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful project execution. Support & Service Management: Ensure the delivery of efficient, effective IT support services across the organization. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance. Implement and maintain ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education : Bacheloror Masterdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience : 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams. Strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT compliance. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of network protocols, server management, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and IT security best practices. Experience with project management tools and software. Familiarity with database management, disaster recovery, and backup solutions. Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically while maintaining a practical approach to IT operations. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex technical challenges. High-level project management skills with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as ITIL , CISSP , PMP , AWS Certified Solutions Architect , or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect . Experience with IT governance, enterprise architecture, and compliance frameworks. Working Conditions: Full-time position with potential for on-call support during emergencies or outages. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Occasional travel for onsite project support or vendor meetings may be required.
