Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of real estate projects including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, cost estimations, and resource allocation plans.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety codes, environmental laws, and other statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Handle project documentation and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Facilitate client handovers and manage snag lists.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and other project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
