We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates with a Radiology Technologist background to join our Healthcare IT team as Application Specialists . This role is an excellent opportunity for those who want to build a career in Radiology Informatics and specialize in the implementation, support, and optimization of RIS (Radiology Information Systems) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems). As an Application Specialist, you will bridge the gap between clinical radiology practices and IT solutions, ensuring that healthcare professionals can efficiently access, manage, and interpret diagnostic imaging data. Please note Important:- Freshers who have done B.Sc. Medical Imaging Technology program or relevant field Location: Navi Mumbai, Mahape, Maharashtra Mode: Work from Office Hiring Process: Resume screening Virtual interview Offline Interview/Final selection Selected candidates may initially undergo an internship/training period(Upto 3 months), followed by full-time onboarding. Role & responsibilities : Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of RIS/PACS applications Support healthcare providers in using RIS/PACS systems effectively for scheduling, reporting and image management Provide first-level application support and troubleshoot basic issues under guidance Work with senior specialists in training end-users (radiologists, technologists, clinicians) on RIS/PACS workflows Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system uptime, data integrity, and performance optimization Participate in clinical workflow analysis to understand user needs and translate them into system solutions Document standard operating procedures, FAQs, and user manuals for smooth operations. Stay updated with emerging healthcare IT trends and technologies in Radiology Informatics. Preferred candidate profile : Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, or equivalent healthcaredomain Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of Radiology workflows (CT, MRI, X-Ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.) Familiarity with medical imaging modalities and DICOM standards (advantageous but not mandatory) Technical Skills (Preferred, not mandatory for freshers): Exposure to hospital IT systems (HIS/RIS/PACS/EMR). Basic troubleshooting and computer literacy (Windows OS, networking fundamentals) Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clinical and IT teams. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to healthcare IT workflows Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
