Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver Induction Programs – Plan and conduct impactful in-person sessions for new hires.

• Jaipur Exposure Visit – Organise a 2-day tour of key areas in Jaipur to build real estate industry understanding.

• Onboarding Coordination – Collaborate with the hiring team, HODs, and IT to ensure smooth joining formalities.

• Assessment & Feedback – Conduct assessments and gather participant/manager feedback to improve the induction process.

• Training & Book Review Support – Coordinate ongoing internal and external training sessions and book reviews.

• Database Management – Maintain accurate L&D records for induction, training, and book reviews, ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA (preferably in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields).

• 2–5 years of experience in Training, HR, or related departments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).
