Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

Responsible to lead the entire IT Infrastructure operations

• Oversee the operation of computer systems and ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the infrastructure is maintained
• Manage all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Firewall, Internet, Intranet, Wireless, SAN, VMware Virtualization, Database and Backup
• Responsible for maintaining the Compliance Certifications of PCI DSS, VAPT, ISO 9001 And 27001
• Define and roll out of the IT Policies and Processes related to IT Infrastructure and End User Computing Devices
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive system to monitor and enforce the companys security policies procedures and guidelines
• Work with auditors and outside consultants to conduct information security audits
• Ability to provide technical support and guidance for IT infra related issues.
• Maintain the company's data stores and conduct capacity and resource planning to ensure continuity of operations
• Advisor to Stake holder in the areas of Information Security, Risk assessment and mitigation, Business Continuity, Scalable and Resilient IT infrastructure
• Negotiate with IT vendors and service providers for cost and service level efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of managing IT Operations
• Strong knowledge of hardware, servers, firewall, LAN/WAN, operating systems (Windows and Linux), virtualization and security protocols.
• Experience in working with (IT) Vendors - including Negotiation and Vendor Management.
• Excellent Leadership qualities, Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional IT Certifications, such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, or similar are advantageous
• Team handling experience required.
