Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare ITinfrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT infrastructurerequirements and provide strategic solutions.Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware, software, andnetwork components required for healthcare.Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans tominimize downtime and ensure data integrity.Monitor infrastructure performance and address any issues or bottlenecksproactively.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols relatedto healthcare infrastructure.Evaluate emerging technologies like Advanced Cloud Networking, IoT, EdgeComputing, Private 5G, AIOPs and trends to make recommendations forinfrastructure enhancements.Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance,mentorship, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procurenecessary infrastructure components and services.Contribute to the development of infrastructure budgets and manageexpenses within the approved budget.list end

Qualifications

12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex healthcareinfrastructure solutions.
