Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain GCP resources, including, but not limited to, virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and GCP data services. Monitor and optimize GCP infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and security. Support Linux Operating System on cloud. Work with application support team to troubleshoot any issues. Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues outside of regular working hours. Participate in internal & external audits as and when required. Participate in Project standup meetings related to Migration, DR Configuration etc. Act as a point of escalation for complex GCP-related incidents, participating in incident resolution and post-incident analysis. Create and update documentation for GCP infrastructure and best practices. Drive FinOps initiatives to save money on cloud infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS resources. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
