This role focuses on spearheading enterprise sales and drive revenue growth across global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can build high-value client relationships, close large enterprise deals, and lead account expansion initiatives. Ideal candidate will work closely with CXOs, Marketing leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders to position Altudo as their partner of choice.

This is a hunting and farming leadership role – responsible for opening new logos, expanding key accounts, and mentoring a growing sales team.


Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record work in a fast-paced digital agency with a rapidly expanding customer base. We are looking for an inside sales professional who is excited about building his career selling digital, is intellectually curious, and is keen to drive quick conversions. This is a outcome driven role and hence this role has to comply with tracking process through the CRM system (Zoho).


Core responsibilities:

  • Nurture and manage your team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
  • Identify and generate prospect opportunities, taking a strategic approach to prospect engagement.
  • Report on team and Individual results and KPIs, constantly driving performance improvement.
  • Responsible for new business generation; developing and executing sales strategies in the digital domain possible for new business development and logos.
  • Define and execute sales strategy for new business acquisition and account growth.
  • Mentor and lead sales development and account executives to achieve collective targets.
  • Drive adoption of structured sales processes, CRM hygiene, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Meeting planned leads target
  • Work with marketing team on lead nurturing and generation plans.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Develop independent market and competitive research.


What does the candidate require for this role?


  • 10+ year of experience of outbound sales.
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Education through English medium
  • Experience in using AI tools for campaigns and lead generation
  • Previous experience within a B2B SDR / BDR or Sales Management role, leading a team.
  • Experience of running campaigns prospecting enterprise sized prospects and c-suite level decision makers at such organizations.
  • Proven track record of success and achieving measurable goals.
  • A creative and strategic approach to prospecting. This is not a high-volume, fast dial approach. Identify, nurture and engage prospects over time using a multi-channel approach.
  • Any relevant sales training certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
