Senior Manager - Human Resources

Job Description: As a Senior Manager in Human Resources at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic and operational HR functions. Your responsibilities will include driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with organizational goals and business plans. - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and critical roles, ensuring robust workforce planning. - Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development. - Design and implement learning and development programs to foster employee growth and skill enhancement. - Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. - Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. - Develop and implement HR policies to maintain a fair and conducive work environment. - Drive organizational development initiatives to support business growth and employee well-being. Qualification Required: - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution. - Preferred industry experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, IT, or Engineering. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess: - Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. - Proven leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach. - Experience in working with senior leadership and managing confidential matters. - Proficiency in HR tools and systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
