Senior Manager - Human Resources

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records in Zoho People Plus, ensuring data accuracy. Your role will involve handling end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes, overseeing attendance, time-off, and leave management workflows, and generating HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Additionally, you will administer employee life cycle activities, assist with policy implementation and compliance documentation, and collaborate with IT and Zoho support teams for system optimization. Your continuous focus will be on identifying opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations.
