Role Overview

Inside Sales Director

This role requires a leader who can architect scalable sales systems, inspire large teams, and

drive high-quality conversations focused on learner outcomes — not just transactions.


Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales team (50–150+ members)

monthly and annual revenue goals.

consultative, outcome-based selling

premium healthcare education programs.

data-led decision making

ratios, and cohort performance.

● Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enhance lead quality, sales

enablement, and learner experience.

CRM utilization, forecasting, and sales automation tools

● Coach and mentor sales leaders to deliver exceptional customer engagement aligned with

Medvarsity’s brand ethos.

● Identify new growth opportunities, verticals, and market segments within the healthcare

learning ecosystem.


Ideal Candidate Profile

12–18 years of experience

FinTech, or SaaS (B2C / B2B2C)

large sales teams (50–150 members)

premium, consultative selling.

sales analytics, funnel management, and CRM-driven

performance

● Excellent leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and

developing high-performing teams.

career advancement or certification-based programs

● Experience in managing multi-channel sales (inbound, outbound, digital) and pan-India

or global operations.


Preferred Backgrounds

Up Grad, Great Learning, Eruditus, Simplilearn,

Practo, Policy Bazaar or similar consultative sales setups
