Senior Inside Sales

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at Simplilearn, you will be part of the B2C sales function for the International Business Groups, specifically focusing on the US Market. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations, and reporting. For new customer acquisition, you will be converting leads from various marketing channels, creating short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve goals, consistently hitting revenue targets, proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and increasing the sales pipeline by obtaining references from existing customers. In terms of customer relationship management, you will need to understand customer requirements to provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on customer interactions and feedback. Key account management and new account development will also be part of your role. In operations and reporting, you will manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned products and geographies, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should be open to working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, hold a graduation degree in any discipline, have a neutral accent for global customer interactions, and be willing to work from the office located in Bangalore - HSR Layout.
