Senior Inside Sales

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at NetScore Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our cloud ERP/SaaS solutions. With 6-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts to achieve company objectives. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting both hunting and farming activities to generate new business - Meeting or exceeding sales quotas by researching customer needs and aligning solutions to address them - Generating leads, establishing long-lasting client relationships, and working with the marketing team on campaigns - Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives To be successful in this role, you must have: - Five or more years of experience managing sales in a growing software company - Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas - Experience working with SMB customers in the Retail, Wholesale Distribution verticals - At least five years of experience selling cloud ERP add-on solutions in North America/APAC regions - Proficiency in CRM software and ability to work in US EST timezone - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - Preference for candidates local to Hyderabad Desired skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and time management skills. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP services/product sales is preferred.
