Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless hiring process, managing HR operations, and building a strong workplace culture. The candidate will work closely with academic, coaching, and administrative teams across all our delivery models. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies that align with TopperEd's mission and business goals. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning. Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and implementing engagement initiatives. Performance Management : Lead performance appraisal processes and support managers in employee development. Learning & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Compensation & Benefits : Manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. HR Policies & Compliance : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure legal compliance and consistency. HR Analytics & Reporting : Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide data-driven insights. Change Management : Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the education or service sectors. Excellent communication, people management, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of HRIS tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
