Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless hiring process, managing HR operations, and building a strong workplace culture. The candidate will work closely with academic, coaching, and administrative teams across all our delivery models. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and events to foster a positive work culture. HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related reports. Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws. Learning & Development: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Excellent communication, people management, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of HRIS tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
