Job Purpose: Senior Manager-HR ensures that the HR operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. He/ She would be responsible for HR cost Optimization & Develops human resources operations financial strategies that align with the business objectives of the company. Key Responsibilities: Support regional HR head to Develop & Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relationsEstablishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectivesSupport regional HR head in Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plansComplies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actionsIdentifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations. Review Budget vs. actual manpower & share recommendations to team for actionAnalyse & Improve employee Retention & control Attrition rateExecution of PMS, Confirmation, PIP, KRAs on time Ensure timely Updating and improvement in SOPsLiaison with Govt Agencies on a regular basis & support in managing Industrial disciplines, disciplinary actions, departmental enquiry & grievances Training of team members & executing best HR practices in the assigned region Other Job Specification: Travelling needed to different cinemas in the assigned region Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies Experience required:Proven experience in leading role in HR vertical in diverse sectors.Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsSound knowledge of employment/labour laws and practices/ Disciplinary proceedings etc.A business acumen partnered with attention to the human elementSound Knowledge of data analysis and reportingExperience of MS Office; MS Excel/reports; HRIS systems
