Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities within the cinema advertising space. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Present advertising solutions to potential clients and negotiate advertising contracts. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the advertising landscape within the cinema industry. Analyse market data and identify areas of opportunity to tailor advertising solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling advertising campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns. Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to share with the management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as team targets in the advertising industry, with at least 12+ years of sales experience. Media sales team handling experience. Strong understanding of the cinema and advertising industry, including knowledge of various advertising formats and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals. Show more Show less
