General Manager-AdSales

You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation within the cinema advertising space. This involves identifying and pursuing new advertising opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline, presenting advertising solutions to potential clients, and building long-term client relationships. Your role will also include conducting market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities to tailor advertising solutions. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling advertising campaigns and work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer ongoing support. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts, as well as preparing regular sales reports and presentations for the management team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the advertising industry with at least 12+ years of sales experience - Experience in handling media sales teams - Strong understanding of the cinema and advertising industry, including various formats and trends - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.,
