The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to leadership while overseeing core HR functions including talent management, HR operations, and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building frameworks from the ground up, and understands the unique needs of creative organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and growth plans
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Build and refine people policies that support scalability, compliance, and culture

Talent Management

  • Design and implement performance management, learning & development, and succession planning frameworks
  • Support employee engagement, career development, and retention initiatives
  • Coach managers on performance, feedback, and employee relations

HR Operations & Policy Development

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy in partnership with hiring managers
  • Support employer branding initiatives aligned with a creative, design-led culture
  • Optimize hiring processes to attract top design, technical, and leadership talent
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role
  • Strong experience in talent management, HR operations, and recruitment
  • Proven ability to build HR policies and frameworks in a growing or scaling organization
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience working with creative, design, tech, or professional services firms is a strong plus
