Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Drive end-to-end recruitment and sourcing of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure timely hiring.

Employee Lifecycle

Oversee onboarding and induction processes.
Manage offboarding, including exit interviews, clearance, and FnF settlements.
Draft and manage HR documents (letters, contracts, and related employment documentation).
Maintain accurate personnel records (P-files).

Payroll & Compliance

Prepare monthly payroll for ~60 employees.
Handle full & final settlements and statutory submissions.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management

Facilitate appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end).
Collect and consolidate performance appraisal data.

HR Reporting & Systems

Prepare monthly HR reports.
Manage Facto HRM software with accuracy and data integrity.

Employee Engagement & Administration

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Organize corporate events and activities.
Oversee office administration and vendor management (recruitment agencies, mediclaim, housekeeping, security, pantry services, etc.).

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience (India labor law knowledge essential).
Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
