Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana
Industry: Real Estate

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive and skilled Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR function. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight along with hands-on experience in recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our team culture, improving employee experiences, and aligning human capital strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to forecast workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Enhance recruitment efforts through effective use of both free and paid job portals.

Onboarding & Development

  • Ensure a smooth, engaging, and well-structured onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain adherence to internal HR standards and compliance requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a transparent, inclusive, and positive workplace environment.
  • Lead employee engagement programs and oversee internal communication initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Develop and manage performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs, performance goals, and growth plans.
  • Address underperformance through structured coaching and support strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and maintain competitive and equitable compensation systems.
  • Administer employee benefits in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Keep accurate, secure, and up-to-date HR documentation.

Policy Formulation & Implementation

  • Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies to meet legal and operational requirements.
  • Ensure consistent communication and application across the organization.

Health & Safety

  • Advocate for and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
  • Monitor adherence to occupational health and safety protocols.

Culture & Retention

  • Organize wellness initiatives, employee recognition activities, and team-building events.
  • Develop retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Utilize HR data and analytics for strategic planning and workforce optimization.
  • Support change management and drive continuous organizational improvement.

Candidate Profile
