Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with practical experience in recruitment, employee development, and fostering organizational culture. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Optimize hiring strategies across various job portals.

Onboarding & Learning

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Design and implement continuous learning and development programs.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
• Promote a transparent and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead engagement initiatives and regular internal communications.

Performance Management

• Implement effective performance evaluation systems.
• Assist managers in setting KPIs and development plans.
• Address performance issues with appropriate improvement plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• Develop and maintain equitable compensation structures.
• Administer benefits programs fairly and in compliance with policies.

HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.

Strategic HR Leadership

Candidate Profile
